These are 30mm x 400mm Sun Boards with a hefty 10mm thick x 40mm x 450mm Heatsink and the option of 30mm Thermal conductive tape pre-applied to attach it and help transfer the heat. Just peel the blue release paper from the tape and press them on. These use the famous Samsung lm301h LEDs with their third generation luminous efficacy of over 220lm/w and unmatched up to 3.1 umols/j. These are the same exact diodes that all the big manufacturers use, These strips have a recommended max of 1800mA and 48w, but can handle a little more. However, as Samsung has shown, these really are so much more efficient, run cooler, will last longer, and most importantly, perform better and give you better results if run lower than their max. These have the connectors on each end making hookup a breeze whether you need to use series wiring, parallel wiring or a mix of both. For the size, number of leds, efficiency, versatility, and power capability, you won't find a better way to set up your grow room than these strips. They are so easy to work with. By attaching them to the included heatsink with the optional pre-applied thermal tape, you then have the ability to build a frame out of simple 1/2" aluminum angle or, for even more adjustment and versatility for easier expansion, use t-slot. They are available in several different spectrums. The 2700k is great for flowering. The 6500k is best for vegging. The 3500k and 5000k are just in between that work good for both. Or mix and match to get the spectrums you want. We recommend mixing the spectrums such as a ratio of 2 of the 2700k to 1 of the 6500k for covering more of the spectrum than can be covered by any single spectrum or come up with your own mix of spectrums.
